Arlo ("we", "our") provides a personal AI agent over iMessage. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it when you sign up and use the service.
Information we collect
- Your phone number (to identify your account and deliver messages)
- Message content you send to Arlo (to provide the assistant)
- Memories and preferences Arlo stores at your direction
- Connected account data when you link services such as Gmail or Calendar
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
How we use information
We use your data solely to operate Arlo for you — running the assistant, billing, and support. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your messages to train general-purpose models for other customers.
Retention & deletion
You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. We retain information as needed for legal, billing, and operational purposes.
